Mr. Adeleye Elisha Olusayero Jasper is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business administration, mortgage finance, and community service. Hailing from Idanre, Ondo State, he began his educational journey at Methodist Primary School and Command Secondary School in Jos, Plateau State, before earning his HND in Physics Electronics from the Federal University of Jos. He furthered his academic pursuits with a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Nasarawa State University, where he is currently completing his master's degree.

Throughout his career, Mr. Adeleye has held significant leadership positions, including Head of Marketing at Cashmart Mortgage in both Ghana and Liberia, Assistant Director at KAIROS International, and Managing Director/CEO of Tonglexen Ltd. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of the Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders of Nigeria (IMBLN), where he is committed to enhancing access to mortgage housing in Nigeria. His efforts led to the sponsorship of a bill aimed at regulating and promoting professionalism in the mortgage sector.

In recognition of his contributions, Mr. Adeleye has been honored with a Doctorate award from the Chartered Institute of Economics Nigeria and is a Fellow of IMBLN. He is also the founder of the Adeleye Foundation, focused on improving the lives of those in underdeveloped communities. Beyond his professional achievements, he is deeply involved in sports administration as Chairman of the Committee on Weightlifting for the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports, and serves as a Senior Special Adviser in Benue State. Mr. Adeleye is happily married to Dr. Mrs. Laura Tongdiyen Jasper, and together they have four children.
