– Pass the IMBLN certification exam.
Corporate Membership: For businesses with at least two years of experience in real estate, mortgage brokerage, and lending in Nigeria:

CHARTERED MORTGAGE LENDER (CML)
CHARTERED ESTATE BROKER (CEB)
CERTIFED MORTGAGE AGENT (CMA)
CERTIFIED ESTATE AGENT (CEA)
Individual Membership: Mortgage and real estate professionals seeking professional certification, industry recognition, and access to resources that enhance their career opportunities while supporting the mission to elevate standards in the sector
Student Membership: For students and early-career professionals to engage with the mortgage and real estate industry, gaining essential insights, connections, and resources to support their journey toward certification and professional excellence
Graduate/Associate Membership (GMIMBLN) : Certified professionals who passed IMBLN entry exam eg (CMA, CEA, etc).
MEMBERS (CIMBLN) : Certified professionals in full time practice.
FELLOWS (FIMBLN) : Ten plus years experience in public/private organizations with contributions to the real estate or mortgage sector.

Membership Registration Flow

The applicant chooses the membership type that best suits them.
2. Make Expression of Interest Payment
The applicant completes the initial payment to proceed.
3. Fill and Submit Membership Form
The applicant completes their details accurately and submits the form.
4. Await Approval (Within 28 Days)
The institute reviews the application and responds within 28 days.
5. We Send Payment Advice Email
An email with payment instructions is sent upon approval.
6. Finalize Membership Process
The applicant finalizes the process to become an active member.
